Our delivery model utilizes relationships with current manufacturing plants that cover nearly 40 states.

Our member selection process involves thoroughly scrutinizing each applicant in important operational areas such as design, customer service, marketing capability and general understanding of green building and sustainable development. We believe our builder partners should share the same passion for bringing sustainable jobs and affordable, green housing to the market.

During the life of the project we set standards and guidelines for our built environments and actively lead and coordinate our factory and site production to ensure effective execution and the highest standards of uncompromised quality.
